What you need to provide

How it works

  1. Enrol and pay online. We dispatch your kit and email your setup pack.
  2. You install the simulator with our guidance and join scheduled live online coaching sessions.
  3. Work through 20+ hours of structured simulator training plus online ground school (KCAA rules, hardware, LiPo safety).
  4. Pass the simulator checkride and receive your Foundations certificate.
  5. Ready for real flight? Travel to Nairobi and add the supervised Flight-Phase Upgrade (KES 55,000) to graduate as a full pilot.
Note on payment: because the Home Kit includes hardware we ship to you, it is paid in full (no deposit option) and the early-bird discount does not apply. Your kit is dispatched once payment is confirmed. Real supervised flight is only available in person in Kenya.

Payment terms

Good to know: Simulator and classroom phases require no licence — students fly real drones only in the supervised flight phase under our KCAA-approved training partner. Completion certificates are issued by DroneVerse; the KCAA Remote Pilot Licence (RPL) itself is issued only through a KCAA-approved training organisation, and we guide graduates through that pathway. Students under 18 require guardian consent.
