Kenya's hands-on FPV drone academy — from your first simulator hover to real cinematic flight. No experience needed. No drone needed.
8 seats per cohort · Simulator-first · Enrollment closes 21 Aug 2026
FPV drones are flown in full manual mode through goggles: the flying behind cinematic chase shots, race footage and one-take fly-throughs. The skills are in real commercial demand. We teach them properly.
Log 20+ hours on professional FPV simulators with real radio controllers before you ever arm a real drone. All the crashes happen on screen — not on your wallet.
Not YouTube guesswork. Twelve structured weeks: simulator foundations → ground school → supervised real flight, with certificates at each stage.
Ground school covers KCAA regulations, and every real flight runs under our KCAA-approved training partner with certified instructors and trained observers.
Learn from the DroneVerse crew flying commercial FPV shoots across Kenya — the same people, the same gear, the same standards.
A deliberate progression. You don't touch a real drone until your hands already know what to do.
Real FPV radios, pro simulators. Hover, turns, precision and freestyle basics — in acro (full manual) mode from week two.
KCAA regulations & airspace, drone hardware, LiPo battery safety, flight planning and emergencies. Written exam + Foundations certificate.
Indoor micro-drones, then open-field FPV through goggles. Gates, precision, emergency drills — and your own 30-second cinematic FPV line as a graduation project.
Start with a taster or commit to the full pilot track. All radios, simulators, drones and goggles are provided.
A 2-hour guided simulator session. Try FPV before you commit.
6-week simulator course + ground school + certificate. No real flight.
The full 12-week programme including the supervised real-flight phase.
Half or full-day simulator workshops & team events, up to 12 people.
